Recently went to Trapped and played The secret inheritance. It was absolutely exciting and really had great fun. Our group managed to escape just by 15 seconds left. It’s a must try game room which sharpens your mind and keeps you on your toes for an hour. Excellent and highly professional staff. Hope to go back soon.

My family and I all had a great time at Trapped Coquitlam. Our puzzle room was a bit easier than other escape rooms I've been to but we all had lots of fun and enjoyed the detailed environment and ways they immersed us. The only constructive criticism was from my ~60 year old parents who wished they had a flashlight because the dim light was a bit challenging for them to see.

Our host was Anthony, he was super nice and patient. The owner was super accommodating as well, we were late but he still gave us extra time. Overall experience was great, did 2 rooms and time went by so fast. Great mental exercise and super fun with friends.

We went to Trapped Coquitlam for my husband’s birthday. It was our first escape room and we didn’t really know what to expect. We had had some reservations before going about how fun it actually would be and if our son would be able to participate well or not. IT WAS AMAZING!! We did Room 057 and had such a good time. The attendant was so nice and kind and helpful and we will 100% be back.

One of the best escape rooms in the lower mainland. The stories are well written and the puzzles in the rooms are well implemented. A great series of rooms for small groups and collective fun.

A group of my colleagues went to the escape room and had a great time. The staff was friendly towards us and even gave us 15 additional minutes to solve the last clue. They ended up showing us how to complete it. It was a great team building exercise and we left happy with our experience. Turns out, the employees at Trapped took it upon themselves to contact my place of work and said our group was rude and broke props. My group was shocked to hear this because it was so far from the truth. We did not break anything to our knowledge. I could not believe they contacted my place of employment without giving our group any indication that we had acted out of line (which we 100% did not). I contacted them to discuss the issue and why their employees did not contact myself because I made the booking. They offered us 15% off our next visit which I declined. Unfortunate event and my group and I will not be going back.

Had a great time !! The ladies last night were amazing and so friendly , made the experience 10x better. Me and my boyfriend originally came just to play “room 057” but had so much fun decided to play “cursed expedition” as well and it was just as fun. And in both rooms we didn’t escape in time but the worker let us stay and finish the puzzles. Definitely coming back to play the other escape rooms we haven’t tried yet 😁

it was great time.. Big shout out to Anthony. It was great service and best experience. Owner Suresh is also helpful person as we arrived late. Gave us few extra minutes. Played 2 escaped room game and won. Winner Winner Chicken Dinner.
